After yet another weekend that saw games being cancelled due to weather, the Vikes men will be looking to get their season back on track when they travel to Surrey to take on the seventh-place Kings.

Sunday, Feb. 25: Vikes at West Coast Kings (12:30 p.m. UVic Water-based Turf)

The second ever champion of the Canada West Rugby 7s Series will be crowned this weekend when the Vikes host the third and final tournament of the season at Wallace Field. The round-robin format of the tournament will see each time play each other once over two days of action. The Vikes enter the weekend with a perfect record of 12-0 and a six-point lead over the second-place Calgary Dinos.

Winners of two games in a row, men’s rugby will look to continue climbing their way up the BC Premier League standings this weekend when they travel to Seattle where they will battle the seventh-place Seattle Rugby Club.

 Saturday, Feb. 24: Vikes at Seattle Rugby Club (2:30 p.m.)

The biggest week of the season is here for a Vikes swimming team that travels to Toronto for the national championships. 11 medals at the conference championships has vaulted the Vikes into the national conversation, earning both the men and women a spot in the U SPORTS Top-10 rankings for the last nine weeks.

Feb. 22-24: Vikes at U SPORTS National Championships (Toronto, ON)

The Vikes will take a full contingent of 24 athletes to Winnipeg this weekend where they will compete at the conference championships. The team will head into the weekend with momentum on their side after they had strong showings at multiple meets in both Seattle and Washington over their last month of competition.
