Vikes hope to get back on track against Westshore
Kick off will be on Saturday, October 15 at 2:45 p.m.
The Vikes were victorious over Westshore with a score of 46-29 the last time they played them in late September, so they will be looking for a repeat performance.
The Vikes are coming off of a bye weekend due to Thanksgiving, but experienced a rough day the weekend prior when they fell to the Castaway Wanderers 31-18. The game was close until the very last moments.
"The key is to keep the gas on. We have stuck with every team until half time and then have seem to fallen off, so now we need to focus on playing consistently. We just need to put some pressure on in the upcoming games and not let our opponents dictate the game," said head coach Doug Tate.

Doug Tate, Vikes head coach
"This week is supposed to see some crazy weather so it'll be interesting to see how the game plays out with that. This game and week of training will be good to get the guys refocused after the Thanksgiving weekend. We're waiting on some guys to see if they'll be able to play due to injury, but our depth is good and this match will give some more guys the opportunity to play.”
