WOMEN’S SOCCER
The Vikes women’s soccer team finished in fourth-place in the Canada West pacific division after posting a 7-6-1 record during the 2018 regular season. Victoria concluded their season by knocking off the No.1-ranked Trinity Western Spartans by a score of 2-1 on Oct. 20. The Vikes now find themselves in a play-in game against the Saskatchewan Huskies on Oct. 26 for the right to play the Calgary Dinos in the quarter-finals on Oct. 28.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
The Vikes men’s basketball team kicks off their 2018-19 season this weekend in Manitoba when they travel to take on the Winnipeg Wesman for two games on Oct. 26-27. The Vikes and Wesman posted identical 10-10 records in the 2017-18 season. The two teams last faced each other in February 2017, the Vikes swept the weekend series.  LIVE STATSPPV WEBCAST

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
The Vikes women’s basketball team will head east to the prairies for a two game weekend series against the Winnipeg Wesman to start 2018-19 regular season play. These two teams last played against each other in 2017 with the Wesman sweeping the two games, winning by scores of 88-76 and 80-69. LIVE STATSPPV WEBCAST

CROSS COUNTRY
The Vikes cross country teams will head to Abbotsford on Oct. 27 for the B.C. Cross Country Championships. This will be Victoria’s last competitive race before heading to the U SPORTS National Championships on Nov. 10 in Kingston, ON.

SWIMMING 
The Vikes swim team will continue to prepare for the Canada West Championships in November when they travel up north this weekend for a meet in Nanaimo. The meet will span two days from Oct. 27-28.
