The Vikes women’s field hockey team is undefeated so far this season holding a 2-0-2 record. The Vikes began this season with two consecutive ties against the UBC Thunderbirds on the road. The following weekend, the Vikes swept their weekend series against the Calgary Dinos, out scoring the Dinos 7-1 over the course of two games. Next up, the Vikes host the Thunderbirds this coming weekend on Oct.6-7.  LIVE STATS

The Vikes women’s soccer team is coming off a winless weekend after losing by a score of 2-1 to the MacEwan Griffins on Sept.28, their game against the UNBC Timberwolves on Sept.30 ended in a 1-1 draw. The Vikes will travel to face their provincial rival, the UBC Thunderbirds on Friday Oct.5. This match will count towards the Canada West standings and the Legends Cup.  LIVE STATS | PPV WEBCAST

Friday, Oct. 5: Vikes at UBC Thunderbirds (6:00 p.m., Vancouver B.C.)

The Vikes men’s soccer team is in a battle for the fourth and final playoff spot in the Canada West Pacific division. The Vikes dropped to a record of 3-4-3 after a loss to UNBC on Thursday Sept. 27. The Vikes will face one of their biggest challenges of the season when they take on the No.3 ranked UBC Thunderbirds twice this week. Victoria will be in Vancouver on Oct.4 before returning home to host UBC on Oct. 6. Both games will count towards the Legends Cup series between the two schools. LIVE STATS | PPV WEBCAST

The Vikes men’s basketball team finished the Guy Vetrie tournament with one win and two losses. The Vikes defeated the Saskatchewan Huskies on Sept. 27 before dropping their two remaining games to the Manitoba Bisons and Ryerson Rams to close out the tournament. Victoria continues their preseason schedule this week on Oct. 3 when they host the Laval Rouge et Or.
