Upcoming games and special events for the University of Victoria Vikes varsity teams. All times listed below are in Pacific Time.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
The Vikes men’s basketball team holds a 1-3 record so far in the 2018-19 Canada West standings. Last week Victoria lost both their games to the UBC Thunderbirds by scores of 89-63 and 87-81. The Vikes will look to rebound this weekend when they face the Thompson Rivers WolfPack on Friday and Saturday night. LIVE STATS | PPV WEBCAST

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
The Vikes women’s basketball team split their weekend series against the UBC Thunderbirds last weekend, losing 113-108 in a triple overtime thriller in Vancouver and winning by a score of 72-65 at home in the CARSA Performance Gym on Saturday night. The Vikes with a 3-1 conference record will now head to Kamloops this weekend for a pair of games against the Thompson Rivers WolfPack. LIVE STATS | PPV WEBCAST

MEN’S RUGBY
Nick Carson’s three try performance gave the Vikes men’s rugby team a convincing 47-10 win over James Bay on Saturday Nov.3. Holding a 2-3 record in the BC Premier League this season, the Vikes will take on the undefeated Castaway Wanderers Friday Nov. 9 at Centennial Stadium. The 4-0 Wanderers beat the Vikes earlier in the season by a score of 36-14.

CROSS COUNTRY
The Vikes cross country team’s will be in Kingston, Ontario this weekend for the U SPORTS National Championships hosted by Queen’s University on Nov. 10. The athletes will be competing not only for the U SPORTS Championship title, but their times will be tallied to determine the Canada West conference champion as well. The Vikes women will enter the event as the reigning Canada West champions and the men will look to claim the title after earning a Canada West silver medal in 2017.

SWIMMING
Two weeks away from their first big event of the season, the Vikes will host the Island Cup Invitational this weekend as their final tune-up meet before heading to Calgary for the Canada West Championships on Nov. 23-25.
