The Victoria Royals will battle the US Division-leading Everett Silvertips on Saturday and celebrate Fan Appreciation Night, in the final game of the regular season, at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Puck drop is set for 7:05 p.m.

GOALS GALORE: With a four-goal performance over the Prince George Cougars last Saturday, Victoria set the new franchise record for most goals scored in a season at 284. The previous best was recorded by the club in the 2015-16 campaign when they registered 281 markers. The Royals have scored 105 goals in the third period this season. This marks the first time in the franchise’s 12-year history that the club has reached the 100-goal benchmark in a single period.

RECORD SETTERS: Last weekend over the Cougars, two Victoria Royals’ skaters set new franchise records. Forward Tyler Soy became the franchise’s games played leader with a career total of 321 over five seasons (2012-present). Goaltender Griffen Outhouse set new franchise marks in wins in a single season with 35 and most career wins at 85.

Pre-Game:

The first 2,000 fans will receive a full-sized (22” by 28”) 2017/18 Royals’ team poster, courtesy of Japanese Village. Royals’ Ticket Pack Holders including Season Tickets, Half-Season Tickets and the Five Game Fan Pack, will have first access to the team poster from 6:00-6:30 p.m.

Fans will receive one of 1,500 Wawanesa cinch bags upon entrance, courtesy of Wawanesa Insurance.
