The Pacific Cycling Centre will host a fall training camp from November 4 – 6, 2016. The camp, held in Victoria, aims to provide riders with the necessary tools and information to prepare for the 2017 season. The camp is open to all levels and will assist in training and preparation for the season ahead.
The three-day camp, led by Houshang Amiri, will include a long ride that will aim to improve aerobic power, ITT, and climbing technique, a gym session and Maximal Aerobic Power (MAP) and Lactate Profiling. Cyclists will be observed by the coaching staff, who will give feedback and assist with their 2017 training plans.
